  • Kettlebell cleans switching hands when needed/1 minute

5 minute rest

  • Kettlebell snatch switching hands at 30 seconds/1minute
  • Kettlebell military press switching hands at 30 seconds/1 minute

5 minute rest

10 minute set

  • Kettlebell jerk switching hands when needed
