Holiday catch up...

The weekly group class was held on Tuesday night due to the Christmas schedule. I came up with a special workout for the holiday festivities.
  • 1 minute alternating kettlebell swings

1 minute rest

  • 2 minutes kettlebell military press, switching hands when needed

1 minute rest

  • 3 minutes 2 hand-bottoms up-kettlebell squat

1 minute rest

  • 4 minutes kettlebell snatch, switching hands when needed

1 minute rest

  • 5 minutes TGU switching hands when needed

1 minute rest

  • 6 minutes 1 hand kettlebell swing, switching hands every minute

1 minute rest

  • 7 minutes rack kettlebell 30 seconds/military press 30 seconds, switching hands every minute

1 minute rest

  • 8 minutes kettlebell jerk, switching hands when needed

1 minute rest

  • 9 minutes kettlebell clean, switching hands when needed
